Physical Activity

Moving more energizes the body, reduces fatigue, decreases risk of chronic disease, and more. Families, communities, schools and worksites should focus on making active living easy, safe, and fun. For more information visit our page on Physical Activity.

These programs focus on improving the health of Kansans by encouraging healthy eating and promoting active lifestyles through collaboration with other agencies and organizations across the state.
